Add this on to your order, fill out the questionnaire, return the completed questionnaire to the email address you received it from and I'll put together your personalized care information for your plant (: 

If this is for more than 1 plant, please add on however many plants you have. If it is not a plant you ordered from me and you would like care instructions and detailed information on another plant, please include the species and variety (or a photo if unknown) in the "additional information" portion at the bottom of the questionnaire. (Again, add on 1 PER PLANT. I.E. 15 plants total = order qty of 15 (which would be $7.50))
