Shipping policy
Pre-shipment photos and a tracking number will be sent prior to shipping.
If you see any issues for any reason, concerns must be brought up at the point of pre-shipment photos within 1 hour. Refunds are void after package is shipped. I am not responsible for anything that could happen during shipping. All plants are checked before sending to verify proper health of the plant. Pre-shipment photos provide proof that plants were packaged properly and with care.
I am still more than happy to help you with care advice, tips, tricks, treatments, etc. after you receive your plants though if you need! You are not alone! I genuinely do care, I just had to add this disclaimer note on due to a couple people that tried to take advantage of me and my business. Thank you for understanding!
